Cratchit.org TimeTool for Windows

This is a simple, fast, and efficient way to keep up with the time you
spend on various projects. While I've used DOS TimeTool in a Windows
world for years now, it's getting to the point where I have a lot more
than 20 projects at a time to manage, and rather than upgrade the DOS
version I've migrated it to a GUI. It still fits on a floppy.
This Windows version has all of the features of the DOS version, but
there is no practical limit to the number of tasks that it can track.
