Litterally every time I try to use bullets, Word crashes.
When it reloads with a recovered file, the bullet is
there. I've been living with it in this state for a month
or so now... but now I want to change the color of a
bullet, and it won't let me access the customization
screens within the Format | Bullets... menu. HELP!

Hi Jwl,

If this is also happening with new documents, then search
your system for the file Normal.dot and rename it to
NormalOLD.dot

Now start Word and test.
