my computer keeps crashing. xp give me a message that the
cause of the problem is a device driver. I don't know how
to fix this. how do i find out which driver caused the
crash, and how do i update or fix that driver? do i need
a pro to fix this for me?

If you aren't being told what the driver is - was there any device you
installed when these troubles began? Any software updates? What device were
you using when the crash happened? (Usually a crash will tell you what
failed.)

What do you mean by crash? Do you get a blue screen? Does XP just stop
working all together and you have to pull the power plug to recover? Is it
some software that is crashing and not XP?

- me
