Crashes at 6:00

I have a client whos XP crashes everynight at 6:11pm.

Any ideas what could make that happen?

Have you tried setting the clock back? (don't know if I'm kidding or not...

Crashes or shuts down? If shuting down,,

Check, Scheduled Tasks in control panel to see if something is running at
that time which requires reboot when its completed it's cycle, or is not
compatible with his system.
Or see if sleep mode is configured for that time.
That's all I've got off the top of my head....

You will have to find out what is running at 6:11 PM. Only someone
sitting at the computer can do that. Look at scheduled tasks, program
updates, the Event Viewer, etc.
