Crash when send and receive

I run Office 2007 with Win XP SP2 all right, but since I removed Norton AV,
Outlook crashes when send&receive, no matter mail quantity, size or account
used. Message reported to MS is "AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 12.0.6023.5000
AppStamp:46574050 ModName: outlfltr.dll ModVer: 12.0.4326.0 ModStamp:44c81343
fDebug: 0 Offset: 00061028". If Outlook restarts, will show same mail several
times, and if i press F9, it will crash again. Already run Office repair from
disk, and Office diagnostics, but no luck. Thought that Outlook patch
received today would fix things, but still crashes.
Help greatly appreciated
