Are you SURE you're running XP?! That executable is the latest Service Pack
for Windows 2000! You've not attempted to install it under XP, have you?
That DLL belongs to your graphics card driver, hence the rest of your
problem. Visit Nvidia's website (
www.nvidia.com) and download the latest
driver for your card and install.
Tell me exactly what updates you've installed...methinks you've been
attempting to install Windows 2000 updates under XP.
