Nope, AFAIK that's the way all the A7N8X boards are.
You might be able to over-ride the default vcore by putting wire in the
CPU socket to trick the mobo into thinking you have a lower vcore CPU in
the socket.

IMO, as long as the CPU die temp is within 20C of the rated max for the
CPU at full load (and the system is 110% stable), I don't even worry
about it.
