CPU suddenly running at 10% non-stop after Windows Update

Hello Richard,

That smells of a virus/worm to me. What's this dnetc.exe? Are you sure it
belongs there? There's a virus/worm that uses that exact same vehicle. Are
your virus signatures up to date? Just to be sure, go here and run their
on-line virus checker:
