CPU Rebooting erratically

I believe I have a hard drive issue, but I can't be
certain. I have been getting sudden lockups/fatal
exceptions/reboots the past few days. No changes to
hardware or software setups. Ran a surface scan, and it
showed no errors. Ran a memory crunch test, passed. I
would suspect overheating as well, but sometimes these
reboots occur right after I boot the machine for the first
time in a day. Sometimes right after I login to my local
machine. Sometimes not until I start a game/application.
As a test last night, I started Warcraft 3, game died in 2
mins. Then I started Star Wars Galaxies, and let it run
all night w/o any problem. This really leads me to
believe I have bad sectors that Warcraft is reading (or
not reading) from. Can scandisk's surface scan really be
trusted? Help please!

Sounds like an overheating issue or a faulty Power Supply.
