a) go to support.microsoft.com, and search there for the problem you
describe. There may be a fix. There is also a way to report the problem, but
I don't know about that - haven't had any problems with W2K I couldn't deal
with (or live with.)
b) go back to a prior level. (First rule of "updates:" If It Ain't Broke,
Don't Fix It!)
