What is this CPU help!!

Hi all

Can someone please tell me what this cpu is, all I know is it is an AMD
Athlon and on the cpu is written :

AMD Athlon
AXDA2800DKV4D 9395156250463
AQUCA 0314RPAW 1999 AMD

And on one corner is:

27493

I need to know its speed, cache and FSB.
