Since the development of AIDA was stopped over 2 1/2 years ago, I would
suspect that it may not detect some newer hardware such as your GPU
correctly.
There are a number of different manufacturers of cards based on the
Radeon chipset, and all are not necessarily the same, even if the model
number is the same. Make sure that you are using the specifications for
your particular brand and model of card. Check if there are letters
after your model number (for example, something like 9600 VE may indicate
a "value edition" with reduced specs).
As to 2593MHz vs 2.60GHz: this is about a 0.25% difference, or about the
same as 399 vs 400 - is it really that big of a deal? Hint: look up the
word "nominal" in a dictionary.
Is your machine doing the job that you use it for well enough? If so, do
the numbers really matter?
