I am working on a windows 2000 latop and have the CPU
usage percent Fluctuating between 0 to 33% and every time
it goes high the system gets hung for a fraction of second
I have ended all the procceses that had some CPU usage
percent but still have this problem I restarted the system
in safe mode and the CPU acted normal then .what is the
next step?
