Some windows downloads were installed by a friend and Kodak 6440 w/ software on the W2K OS. All worked fine before. I've double checked for viruses by downloading the newest version of McAfee...but my cpu still runs at 100% and the culprit appears to be TASKMGR.EXE at 99%. Any ideas?

ummm i have the same problem it was working b4 my router died on me it
connected directly yet i am having problem when the apache server i
runing it takes 100% of my cpu i have mcafee i installed it later caus
of Mydoom virus i think it could cause some problem might be blockin
port 80

i can see that when apache is not working port 80 is closed both no
open and when i run it its open so that means my isp didnt block por
80

ah i found out on different forum that u have to chose between mcafee o
apache 2.0 so take your pick and uninstall one of it ..
uninstalled apache 2.0 and installed 1.x works fine :
