I had to reinstall Windows Xp and since then cannot use the keys Crtl &Insert
to copy or Shift & Insert to paste. In the edit menu they are greyed out.
Any help?

Which program are you trying to cut and paste to/from?

Most text editors will have the edit menu items greyed out if there is no
document, nothing is selected, or the clipboard is empty.

With IE if I try to highlight and copy anything from the Web or Word (Ctrl &
Insert) and the Paste (Shift & Insert) nothing happens. I was able before. I
can do it by Rt clicking.
