I have several of my coworkers email boxes available to me on the left hand
side of Outlook 2003 (and i can hit the "+" sign to display their inbox and
subfolders.
When I receive a new email in my Inbox a a closed envelope is shown in the
system tray (Right side of the Start where the clock is...active programs)
My question is:
When my coworker receives a new email is there a way for me to get the
envelope to appear in the system tray? (Since I have multiple emails it would
be preferable if it was only triggered by selecting the "+" to a "-"
displaying the Inbox and Subfolders)
