i originaly started a movie in movie maker 2 using still pictures, but read
that the final project would be a bit blurred. so i opted to re-create my
project in photo story 3. i am now trying to convert/encode [not sure of the
correct term here] my photo story using the nero software i have on my
computer, so that i am able to put it on a dvd. i am a complete novice at
all of this - please help! if anyone has any other reccomendations, please
pass them along.

also, is there a way i could import my photo stories into movie maker 2 then
put the directly onto my camcorder then use my camcorder to display the
project on the big screen?

Photo Story 3 created a WMV video file which should import into Nero just
fine.
If it doesn't then what version of Nero do you have? Older versions required
a plug-in for WMV files which you would need to contact Nero about.

The WMV files from Photo Story will also import into Movie Maker just fine
and from there you can do what you want. Edit the video, transfer it to the
camcorder etc...
