Photo Story 3 created a WMV video file which should import into Nero just
fine.
If it doesn't then what version of Nero do you have? Older versions required
a plug-in for WMV files which you would need to contact Nero about.

The WMV files from Photo Story will also import into Movie Maker just fine
and from there you can do what you want. Edit the video, transfer it to the
camcorder etc...
