one of my clients is having a few problems with their outlook 2003:
1. They cannot print emails. If they click on the print icon, nothing
happens and if they click on file->print, it doesn't even bring up the print
dialogue box. they have tried double-clicking on the email to open it first
too but nothing is working. They can print from other applications though.

2. if they click on a link in the email, it opens up a link locator dialogue
box. they can ctrl-click on the link though and it will open it.
