couple of B2 questions

1) is there a way to get the available execution memory now without
(explicitly) pInvoking?

2) i've got menus on my form, but the Calendar / Notifications remain shown
instead of my menu names.
my menu text doesnt show up until i hit the menu or hit one of the
associated soft keys.
how do i get those menu names to display on form load?
(maybe this is fixed in B2 release proper, because i'm on a pre-release)

3) is there a new way to get the name of a storage card?
