I would like to countifs "(e5:ne5,"s")" and "countifs only those from the past 30 days at any given time based on a row of dates that are at the top of the spread sheet i feel that somewhere in there i need to refur to $E$4:$NE$4 as the reference because those cells contain the dates 1/1/11 thru 12/31/11 i just dont know how or where

=COUNTIFS(E5:NE5,"="&EDATE(TODAY(),1)-30,E5:NE5,"s")
