Does anyone know how to count colors, if colors were applied with CF?
I went to Chip's site (one of my favorites):
http://www.cpearson.com/excel/CFColors.htm

I tried to use this function:
=CountOfCF(A1:A10,1)

Couldn't get it to work... All I get is #VALUE!
What am I doing wrong?

Problem resolved! Just fiddled with it some more... Well, mostly
resolved...counted colors in individual cells and then used Countif to count
THOSE cells. I thought the function would have counted all CF-reds, for
instance, in just one cell...ended up using helper columns/rows.

Thanks CP!!
