"Couldn't Open File" Error Message

I am getting a "Couldn't Open File..." error message often. Though when I click ok the page will open (sometimes after a series of these messages), it does not look good to me. Can someone tell me what is wrong

That means your html has an IFRAME tag pointing to a page that does not exist on the server in the relative location in the src=
