Hello,

I am running windows XP Home Edition. I had to do a reinstall from the
recovery disk that I got with the computer. Which is a PowerSpec. After
the recovery I have encountered a couple of slight problems.

#1: I used to be able to right click on the desktop, and chose from a list
to hide the icons. I like to do this at times. Now It's not there.
How can I get it back?

#2: At times when I'm on line the sound card goes beserk, and starts
making distorted sounds. This usually happens with Full Tilt Poker
game site. It never done this before. The sound card is a RealTek
AC97 Audio. Anyone have any ideas of why this is now happening?

I would appreciate any, and all help on these two matters. Thank you.

Thanks

Kentucky Bob

#2....did you install (or reinstall) the latest driver for the sound card?

Yup. Just done that, and that problem is fixed. I think. Now if
someone can help me with the first problem.

Thank you very much for your input.
