Could someone please explain error 623 to me - phone book entry?

When I try sending an email via Outlook, nothing happens until I press
Send/Receive whereupon I get a message to say that the system doesn't
recognise my phone book entry. However, once I accept this a connection is
made and I can read my mail. Has anyone any ideas on how I can repair this?
