When I use "Disk Cleanup" under Windows XP, choose "Recycle Bin", then "View
Files"--there's a Error Message dialoge box pop up, says "This file does not
have a program associated with it for performing this action.Create an
association in the Folder Options control panel."
How can I do? Thank you.

To view files in the Recycle Bin: Double-click on the Recycle Bin and
drag the file you want to view to the desktop. (It will be removed from
the Recycle Bin.)
