Microsoft Outlook 2003 (Corporate)
Exchange 2000
Windows XP SP2

Quite a few of our users receive the above error messages when trying to
open emails which contain attachments. If they click okay on the error
message, the email opens, but minus the attachments.

The emails are a mixture of internal/external so are from different sources.

I have tried running various Outlook switches, and new Outlook profiles, but
no success.

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

David

Still no success, sorry! The OLK directories are empty and permissions are
fine.

Thanks
