"Business Contact Manager failed to initialize the Common Language Runtime
Could not load file or assembly 'sorttbls,nlp' or one of it's dependencies.
The system cannot find the file specified."
What does this mean and how do I fix it?

I believe that is a .NET 2.0 file. You can try to repair your .NET 2.0
installation on Xp, it that option is available.

If not, uninstall .NET 2, and reinstall it by running the BCM v3 setup
again--that way you are guaranteed to get the .NET patches that ship
with BCM. BCM Setup should install .NET 2, the patches, and then tell
you that BCM is already installed.

"BLESS YOU "LUTHER!!"
My whole business was in a HARD DOWN because my server system could not run
the SBA application (and the shipping system with it) - giving this
srttbls.nlp missing "message. I couldn't even reload the application. I
tried to repair and even reload the .net 2 framework in many ways and still
no luck, so I figured "nothing to lose" and I loaded .net 3.5 and all the
associated updates. And VOILA! My server worked again. Hooray!
The strange thing is that all my remote systems could access the SBA
database throughout this catastrophe ... but we were dead in the water
without the shipping and other capabilities on the server - during our
BUSIEST week of the year!
