When publishing additional pages to my site i now get the
following error.

Could not find a web server at URL on port 80. Please
check to make sure that the web server name is valid and
your proxy settings are set correctly. If you are sure
that everything is correct, the web server may be
temporarily out of service.

In addition to this error I now cannot view my own URL on
Internet explorer. I am able to view any other URL
though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contact your ISP. Their servers may be down.

type in at the command prompt or create a batch file;

ping www.msn.com
ping www.yoursite.com

I too have the same problem.
I don't believe the other replies are any help; they are
the same run around I have been getting every where I look!
I get the the same error message and I know none of these
and other replies are the answer.
My web works fine on one computer but when I take it to
the other where I want it to "home", it won't work.
I have had this problem for a month and still have not
found the answer!

How are you moving the site to the other computer?

Hi,

I don't know if this helps ... but some of my students in my Frontpage class
got this error message when trying to publish their site. After checking out
the online filemanager, it turned out they had gone over the limit of the
webspace they got ... Erasing some large files by means of the filemanager
and then also erasing them in the Frontpage web solved the problem.
