I have an app that about 1/4 of the time gets this exception when trying to
use a webservice. Same code works fine the other 3/4 of the time. My
questions are:

1 - who's looking for it??? It's not my code, I'm not trying to get
anything from the resource assembly at the point I call the webservice. In
other parts of the code I pull off bitmaps from my assembly, but that works
fine.

2 - why can't it find it??? I assume the assembly being looked for is the
app.exe itself, so why would it be unfindable sometimes?
