You are most likely dropping connections. That could be a hardware problem,
or the Oracle admin could have made changes which are causing the drop.
Strictly speaking, the problem is outside the realm of the Access
application. Have IT check the NICs on the machines with the problems. If
it's all of them, it is most likely a switch, router, or server NIC, or an
Oracle problem. Once you are assured of your hardware, check the Oracle
Connection Manager for timeouts, etc.
