After I had instaled the the contact manager I have a error could not find
"CLR"

Hi

This appear to be an error message with .Net Frame work try installing all
versions of .net from add and remove once this is done remove and reintstall
BCM

I tried what you had suggested but it did not work well a little....
it took care of the error "could not find CLR" but now when I open Outlook I
get the error "operation failed. object not found"
I can hit ok and work in Outlook but I still do not have BCM.

Try creating a new profile in Outlook and see if it get rid of the same

We are up and running thank you BUT we can not transfer the data that was
stored on the trial version. when we do we get the error "back up file has
wrong version 2.03606 and shopuld be 1.02002.1?
Any way to retreive this data or do we need to start over?
