Hi!

Lets run a diagnostic of your system to see if we can pinpoint the problem.

In order to Create a dxdiag.txt file: Click Start / Run / type: DXDIAG
Click the "Test" buttons in the Display, Sound, Music & Network Tabs;
Afterwards click the "Save All Information..." button in the bottom row.

Send the Dxdiag file: Click Insert / File Attachment using Outlook Exp.,
or open the file in notepad, click Edit / Select All / Copy and then Paste
the data into your reply using the Ctrl+V command. Hope this helps! :-)

Thanks for the dxdiagnostics. It points out that you have an
old beta version driver for your Kyro based card. I would
update that driver AFTER you update your chipset drivers
and reinstall DirectX 9.0b in safe mode by pressing the F8
key after you startup your computer before it loads WinXP.

To locate the best driver for your chipset and video card
use Aida: http://www.aida32.hu/aida-download.php?bit=32
and try updating your Video drivers using the instructions at: http://mvps.org/nibblesnbits/Video.html#drivers

I suggest you make sure you updated your drivers properly
since those OpenGL subsystem errors are usually caused by
the video drivers you're using. Double check the game specs
and make sure your card matches the minimum requirements.

Check the game directory and if it has an opengl.dll file, try
renaming it to oldopengl.dll and copying the opengl.dll file
you'll find in your Windows\System 32 directory.
