I am trying to allow access to some UDP ports using the TCP/IP Filtering on
the network options. One of those UDPs ports are 53, 42, 135, 137, 138, 445,
500, 4500, 1512. When I try to connect to a shared folder on other computer,
this other computer doesn’t’ have any ports blocked, I get the error
“Network path no found”, or some one that said that there is not domain
servers available to validate my request. If I return to open all UDP ports I
connect to the shared folder with out problem. Does someone know which other
UDP ports I need to leave open to connect a shared resource? I am using
Windows 2000 Pro. Thanks for any help you can give me.
