could not complete the operation

Hi all,
i am using win XP and Outlook 2007.
i am getting the following error when creating, replying or forwarding an
email.
"could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not
valid".

I tried method 1 & 2 from article 197036. but did not work.
any suggestion?

      20th Dec 2007
did you upgrade an earlier version to 2007 and use an older profile? Try a
new profile.

hi diane, thx for your suggestion.
it is a fresh installation.
did not try a new profile. should i do it from windows explorer?
