could not access network location

I am trying to install a webapplication on Windows XP sp2. When executing the
MSI this error message is displayed: "could not access network location \bin"
there is no error message number. About 3 weeks ago, i've installed this
application with this MSI on my machine (before is was reinstalled)
And everything wnet OK.
Does anyone got a clew?
