Hello all,

I tried for many hours to install my all-in-one hp printer on my pc in vain. During the installation I get the pop-up message "Could not access network location %allusersprofile%\start menu\programs\startups" and force me to exist the installation. I am able to access the all-users startup directory without a problem. I tried almost ecverything I could find on the net & hp site but with no luck. This is really frustrating. I never had a problem with any hp printer except this category. I however had no problem installing the printer or the hp manager software on my laptop which has also XP.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance
