Can anyone give me a rough estimate of just how much a Volume License
Key for WINXP would cost for 5 users? Would it be cheaper than buying 5
retail copies? I looked at Microsoft's website explaining how volume
licensing works. They have an Open License category where you can
qualify to buy a VLK with as few as 5 clients. They tell you to go to
one of their authorized resellers websites for cost, but none that I
looked at explicitly listed a price (all asked that you call their rep).

I just want an estimate of the costs vs. retail.

Its difficult because costs vary depending on where you live and what kind
of licence you buy (e.g. educational). I'm betting this is part of the
reason the resellers want you to actually phone, too.
