I have a user that is getting a registry error code 19 on
her cd rom devices. I tired to reinstall the driver and
change the regedit but nothing is working. I am trying to
avoid reformatting the mcahine. Does anyone have any
suggestions on how to get the devices to work again? She
needs to user her CD Rom and CDRW without this she can not
perform her job function.
