Device Manager> Mouse> properties of the mouse in question. Adjust the
power management options so that the device is not disabled in low power
states. If you prefer to use the mouse with the USB connections, test
changing mouse settings only. If still a problem, you'll need to repeat the
steps in Device Manager for the USB ports as well.
