The documents in word can still be opened by the original computer, but when
attached to an MS office email...an error message comes up about it being a
corrupted file. Already followed someone's instructions about deleting
normal.dot files. Nothing fixed. Still cannot send those documents. Anyone
please have any solutions or ideas, this is affecting my husband's business.

What version of Office? What is the error message that comes up (exact text,
including any error codes)?
