SonicStage was uninstalled from my computer but did not
do a clean uninstall and left folders in the Registry.
These folders cannot be deleted, edited, opened or have
the permissions changed even by the adminstrator. Their
presents is keeping SonicStage from re-installing.

How can I remove these corrupted folders?

I have tried, regclean 4.1 from Microsoft.
I have tried booting in safe mode.
