Look for files in subdirectories beginning with "OLK" such as "OLK239" or
"OLK1A2" (randomly generated names) on the computer in question.
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\OLK*
Outlook creates files in this directory when an attachment is opened while
it is still attached to the e-mail message.
In order to see this subdirectory you may need to open a MS-DOS prompt
window by going to [Start] > "Run" and typing in "cmd" (without the quotes).
Good luck!
