How do I recover a corrupted MS Word doc file on my floppy disk? I ran a TEST
(Save and Open) DOCUMENT and I was able to save and retrieve this new file
off the floppy. So, it's just the one corrupted file. The rest of the floppy
(other than the TEST doc file) is empty...Thanks.

Great information. But, sadly the two attempts Open and Repair and Recover
Text From Any File failed to load the corrupted file off my floppy. The disk
media is sound, because I can save and retrieve a new file off the same
floppy.

Any other ideas?

Try copying the file off of the floppy to your hard drive first.
