corrupted Dll. (mpr.dll)

Hi there, can anyone help? I'm unable to boot up - keep getting this blue
screen with.. "STOP: c0000221 (bad image checksum) the image mpr.dll is
possibly corrupt. the header checksum does not match the computed checksum.
What to do?
