Corrupted class code

I am using Access 2007. I tried renaming a report in my database. Somehow it
left the class module file for the report's original name in the list under
Microsoft Office Access Class Objects. When I click on it, I get the
following error:

Error accessing file. Network connection may have been lost.

I would like to just delete this file from the database but I don't see how
to do it.

I've tried to open this database on another computer that also has Access
2007, but it gives me another VBA error, and the only way to open the
database on that system is to delete all the VBA code, which then causes
other errors in the database.

How can I recover this database or fix this error? Thanks!
