I have posted this in the help and support forum and unfortunately I'm not
getting any useful input so I apologize for the double post, I just need to
try to get some answers.

One of my users suddenly is unable to digitally sign acrobat documents. I
checked on their user forums and they told me to delete the XP profile. I'm
finding that to be a typical answer from a non-microsoft software vendor and
thought I would see if anyone might know something more about this. I find
acrobat's knowledgebase isn't very good and always seem to get the good
sources of information here.

I remember having to rename the users profile and create a new one before
and it was a HUGE hassle. Is there a way to troubleshoot a users profile?

I have already uninstalled adobe and reinstalled it with no change. I would
rather avoid creating another profile for this user if I can help it, that's
a very cumbersome process to go through for the sake of 1 function that won't
work right.

yes I have read similar documents, but none of them really have any detailed
troubleshooting options.
