corrupt user boots to admin but not user

System locked up during a backup. Now it won't boot to my
user account. It will boot to administrator. I have run an
antivirus and spybot. I created a new account and it will
boot to that. I would like to fix this without a complete
install. Any ideas? Thanks Shirley
