Corrupt Ntfs.sys

Hello all,

I Trying to restore Ntfs.sys file, but when i try to
install again windows XP Professioal the setup hangs,
on "Setup is Loading files (Kernel Debugger Dll)" and with
a boot disc, i copy from another computer ntldr and
ntdecet.com, and crete a boot.ini file... so the result is
the same... a black screen and don't appears nothing..

anybofy can help-me how to restore ntds.sys???
