Corrupt INS File??

I recently purcashed Windows XP Pro SP2.

In attempting to install the OS I'm recieving the following error message
"INS file txtsetup.sif corrupt". I'm unable to continue the intall. Is this
a bug in the OS?Should I return it? Does anyone have a work-around or fix?

Please advise. You can also reply to (E-Mail Removed).
