I've tried many things so far, but I cannot figure out how to resolve the
following problem: When ever I open a document in Word (and Excel for that
matter), get the following message: "The font ______ is corrupt and should be
removed". It goes through all of the fonts on my computer.

I've tried trashing the cache, installing service packs, looking for
duplicate fonts, etc....but nothing works. Any suggestions?

Frustrating as it is neither the solution - nor the cause - is consistent.

And for future reference you got steered into a PC Word group:-) Where you
